DMCA Policy

At Baked Chicken Thighs, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to respond to such notices.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If we receive such a notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We also have a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you believe that material on our site, Baked Chicken Thighs, infringes upon any copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notification of such infringement to our Designated Agent. Please ensure your notice includes the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Baked Chicken Thighs was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, you have the right to file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity on Baked Chicken Thighs within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
